Foal Registration	○ Korean-bred foals - Within 60 days of the date of birth: 30,000 won - 61 days after the date of birth: 80,000 won - From January 1 to December 31 of the following year of the birth: 200,000 won (If the lowing year begins within 60days of the date of birth, the fee shall remain 30,000 won.) - From January 1 to December 31 of the year the foal turns two-year-old: 500,000 won	Article 16. (1)	○ When applying for foal registration, the payment for the foal registration and DNA-typing shall be made at the same time.
Breeding Registration	○ Racehorses or Korean-bred horses that are not racehorse-registered - Stallion: 300,000 won - Broodmare: 30,000 won ○ Imported horses - Stallion: 500,000 won - Broodmare: 50,000 won	Article 23. (1)	○ If the horse has not been DNA-typed or bloodtyped in Korea, when applying for breeding registration, the payment for the foal registration and DNA-typing shall be made at the same time.
DNA typing	90,000 won	Article 14. (1)
Blood typing	90,000 won	Article 14. (1)
Imported Horse Registration	○ Within 45 days from the date of import: 30,000 won ○ After 46 days from the date of import: 90,000 won	Article 30. (1)	○ Horses imported for breeding purpose are included in the breeding registration fee.
Naming	○ Naming: 20,000 won ○ Name change: 100,000 won	Article 21. (3)
Registration Certificate Issuance	○ First issuance of certificate: Free of charge ○ Re-issuance of certificate: 10,000 won Passport reissuance fee will be collected from 2015.	Article 37. (1)
Reporting Changes	○ Within 30 days Free of charge ○ Within 90 days : 30,000 won ○ After 91 days : 100,000 won	Article 13. (3)
Stallion Report	○ Free of charge by September 30 of the covering year ○ 30,000 won by December 31 of the covering year ○ In case of foals, 100,000 won by the time of initial foal registration or by September 30 of the following year of covering if the foal has not been registered	Article 27. (2)	When applying for foal registration, the payment for the foal registration and DNA-typing shall be made at the same time.
Returns of Mares	○ Free of charge by July 31 (by December 31 for the foals conceived in the southern hemisphere) ○ 30.000 won by December 31 (by July 31 of the following year of breeding for the foals conceived in the southern hemisphere) ○ When submitting Returns of Mares in the following year or by July 31 (by December 31 for the foals conceived in the southern hemisphere) : 100,000 won	Article 27. (2)	○ When applying for the foal registration of the foal born, only the foal registration fee is required.

Note) All charges above shall be calculated based on the time of receipt of the relevant documents by the registrar, but if the due date for submission is the official holiday of KRA, the due date shall be extended to the day after the holiday.
